Ferry tickets must be purchased at the Tuan Chau terminal. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Ferry times are subject to weather conditions.

- Same-day Arrival: For Cat Bi Airport, please land before 16:00 to catch the last ferry. For Hanoi Airport, please land before 13:00.
- Late Night Surcharge: A $10 surcharge applies for pickups between 22:00 and 05:00.
- Booking: Please provide flight number and arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
